Instructions for return and replacement

Return details are as follows：

Any goods purchased in xiluoqidun online mall and physical stores can be returned and replaced without reason for seven days and guaranteed within one month.

(1)If you find that the color and size do not meet your order after receiving the goods, please contact the customer service in time to apply for replacement under the condition that the original packaging of the products is not damaged; (Note: the current freight for return and replacement shall be borne by the customer)
(2)If there is a broken bottom section within 7 days after receiving the goods (except for human factors or contact with sharp tools), please contact the customer service in time to apply for return and replacement (the return postage shall be borne by xiluoqidun);
(3)After the customer service personnel of xiluoqidun confirm the demand for return and exchange with you, please return the product together with all other ancillary gifts to xiluoqidun by express within 10-24 days (calculated from the date of express delivery);
(4)Any goods purchased in xiluoqidun online mall and physical stores shall be returned and exchanged without reason for seven days (customers guarantee that the goods are brand new); The warranty lasts for one month, and the goods will not be returned or replaced after use, except for the broken bottom section within one week (if it is caused by human factors, it cannot be returned or replaced)

No return or replacement is allowed under the following circumstances:

(1)Any goods not sold by [xiluoqidun];
(2)Missing commodities and accessories, goods license, sales documents, gifts, packaging, etc;
(3)Any commodity with quality problems due to improper use and storage;
(4)Collection products, clearance special price commodities and limited edition commodities will not be returned or replaced if there are no quality problems. (due to the particularity of some products sold in xiluoqidun mall, all products with a production date of more than 3 years are collection models by default. Once such models are worn and used, they will not be returned, such as glue fading, easy degumming, chapped leather, paint falling off, etc.)

(1)If you successfully apply for refund of payment in xiluoqidun, herochiton will complete the refund procedure within 48 hours.
(2)After the customer service of xiluoqidunconfirms the refund information, the refund will be completed within 2 days after the return of the goods, and we will return the money directly to the bank account designated by the customer; Customers need to provide bank information, such as bank account number, last name of the account holder and detailed address of the housing issuing bank. We will refund by bank transfer;
(3)Warm tip: during the activity of xiluoqidun mall, the customer will enjoy the discount (red envelope, mail package, etc.) and return the goods in one quantity. Herochiton will deduct these discounts accordingly.
